Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ace665 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Account Registration

• Accurate Information: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay withdrawals or prevent ace665 from contacting you regarding your account.
• Verification Documents: ace665 may request copies of a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport), proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your ace665 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

Deposits & Withdrawals

User Obligations

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ace665 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from ace665 without the express prior written consent of ace665.

Account Suspension & Closure

ace665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated fraudulently against ace665 or any of its payment partners.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ace665 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, all funds in the account may be forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ace665 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and complies with applicable standards regarding data protection, fair play, and anti-money-laundering practices.

Any dispute between a player and ace665 that cannot be resolved informally through ace665's customer support team will be subject to ace665's formal dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to raise disputes in the first instance by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant evidence, and the resolution they are seeking. ace665 will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 working days.

For disputes related to game outcomes and betting results, ace665's decision — supported by the relevant game or sports data logs — shall be final. For all other disputes, both parties agree to make reasonable good-faith efforts to resolve the matter before pursuing any formal legal action.

Amendments to Terms

ace665 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — including changes that affect players' rights, obligations, or financial terms — ace665 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting an announcement on the platform and, where possible, notifying registered players via their registered email address.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in game providers or payment methods — may be made without advance notice. The "Effective Date" shown in the document header will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of ace665 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using ace665 and contact [email protected] to arrange voluntary account closure. ace665 will not retroactively apply amended Terms to transactions completed prior to the effective date of the amendment, unless required to do so by law.
